A few quick notes before you reach out:

  • Our app is currently for WiFi connection only. It helps us provide support by connecting your range to WiFi. 
  • Wood fixtures ship separately and don't initially come with your Charlie. We'll email you with tracking info when they're on the way.
  • Estimated shipping timing varies by date of purchase. Check your 'Thanks and welcome to Copper' email for your estimated ship date. We'll contact you 3-4 weeks before your range ships.
  • Our standard charging window is 9am-4pm to take advantage of when electricity is cheapest. Contact us if you’d like to change your window.
