We offer full-service installation and standard freight delivery

Charlie is a plug-and-play range designed to be easy to install with the right equipment and resources. It is heavy — 354 pounds — and requires two strong people to move.

We recommend choosing full-service installation at checkout, which is available from our installation partners across several states and metropolitan areas.

Full-service installation includes:

  • Bringing Charlie into your kitchen
  • Uninstalling your existing range
  • Capping your gas line
  • Installing Charlie
  • Removing your old range from your home and taking it to a nearby recycling center

Standard freight delivery is available throughout the continental United States. It is suitable if you are already working with a contractor or installation resource and just need Charlie delivered to your home.

120 V or 240 V compatible

How to swap the plug

Charlie ships with a 120 V plug that can be swapped by a qualified service person to a 240 V plug. Download the installation manual to learn more or contact our customer care team at support@copperhome.com if you have questions.

Our Modular Philosophy

Service and repair

Charlie comes with a two-year manufacturer's warranty — twice the industry standard. The battery is warrantied for five years.

We designed and built Charlie with modularity in mind so necessary repairs can be done quickly and effectively with the proper training.

Across the country, we work with local appliance repair companies to provide third-party service. Any warranty-able claim is covered. Repairs typically take less than one hour.
