We’re delighted to kick off a new season of events in our space with our Chef Lisa Pinckney demonstrating how to make crab fried rice. We get many questions about wok cooking on Charlie and are excited to show you how to achieve the coveted wok hei / breath of the wok. 

Zoe Fiddler, our engineering manager, will answer any technical questions you have about Charlie as Lisa cooks. A trained pastry chef and chocolatier, Zoe can also share her tips for perfect pavlova and other treats!

You will have the opportunity to ask questions, get hands on with Charlie, and of course, taste Lisa's delicious fried rice.

Curious about cooking on Charlie and eager to get chefs' tips on how to use it? Come to PLAYTE Kitchen in Napa Valley where Chef Matt Dailey (the gentleman in the image above) will be demonstrating a few recipes on Charlie and serving delicious bites. 

Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to get hands on with Charlie and connect with Copper chef Lisa Sunni Pinckney Wong and other staff to ask questions about local incentives through the California Energy Smart Homes program that may be available to you, installation, delivery and more.
