Copper induction range warranty policy

Copper induction ranges are covered by a comprehensive two-year warranty that ensures your appliance performs reliably over time. Our warranty is twice the industry standard and covers defects in materials and workmanship for both the appliance and its integrated battery system.

Read on to learn what’s covered and what isn’t. If you experience anything not included below, please email us at support@copperhome.com. We are happy to look into your issue so you can keep cooking with Charlie for years to come.

Covered components

  1. Induction coil and electronic components
We cover defects in the induction coils and essential electronic components, including the control boards. Should these components fail under normal conditions, we will repair or replace them as needed.
  2. Ceramic glass cooktop
The ceramic glass cooktop is covered for manufacturer defects that affect normal operation.
  3. Control panel and knobs
Manufacturing defects on the control panel, knobs, and display are covered in our warranty. We will repair or replace these parts if they fail under typical operating conditions.
  4. Cooling fans and internal wiring
As they play a crucial role in the stove’s safety and efficiency, our warranty includes coverage for internal cooling fans and wiring. Once a claim is assessed, we will repair or replace them as needed.
  5. Battery system
Copper’s battery system is covered under the standard warranty for two full years, with additional coverage for three additional years. This warranty extension applies specifically to the battery and battery management system to ensure reliable energy storage and performance over time. Copper will replace or repair the battery within this period if it fails due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty exclusions

  1. Cosmetic damage
Cosmetic issues, such as surface scratches, discoloration, or minor dents, are not covered.
  2. Damage from improper use or installation
This warranty does not cover situations indicating abnormal use or stress, improper installation, inadequate ventilation, or the use of incompatible cookware. When in doubt about proper usage, consult your manual and culinary guide.
  3. Normal wear and tear
Parts that naturally degrade over time, like certain finishes or seals, are not covered under this warranty. For replacements of these components, please contact Copper’s customer service team at support@copperhome.com.
  4. Non-functional parts
Non-functional parts, such as trim, are not included.
