Refunds
Fully paid orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, and you will not be charged this restocking fee. To refund your order, please get in touch with us at support@copperhome.com.
If you request a refund before your appliance ships or installation is scheduled, you will be refunded 80% of what you paid for your appliance. Shipping and installation charges are nonrefundable.
Returns
We are proud to offer a full two-year warranty on our appliances. If in those two years, you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@copperhome.com.
If you return your unused, unopened Copper appliance within 48 hours of receipt, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded what you paid for your appliance minus the 20% restocking fee on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping and installation charges are nonrefundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Once an appliance is installed, it is not eligible for return with the exception of warranty or faulty installation claims.
If, as part of installation, an appliance was removed for disposal, that appliance can not be returned.
If, during installation there is any damage to your Copper appliance or to your home, please notify us at support@copperhome.com within 24 hours with documentation of the damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

Deposits
Pre-order reservations made between 7-18-24 and 11-19-24 are fully refundable if you decide to cancel. If you wish to cancel your pre-order reservation, please contact us at support@copperhome.com.
