Charlie needs to recharge
You're seeing this screen because your Charlie is close to being at 0% power. We recommend that Charlie's battery is charged to at least 20% before you start to cook.
If your power is out, you'll have to wait until it returns to be able to cook again. If you have power, make sure Charlie is plugged in and the breaker hasn't tripped.
If Charlie is plugged in and drawing power from the outlet, this screen message should disappear when Charlie is 20% charged.
Charlie's oven needs to be turned off
Follow the directions on screen to turn the oven knob to the off position.
After you do this, you'll see additional information on the LCD screen to get Charlie working again.
Charlie needs further diagnosis
